"Expelliarmus!" Hestia cried, disarming Dana. "Look out, Kingsley!"
Deanna, who was battling a Death Eater glanced over her shoulder to see Dana Walsh scrambling for her wand. But, almost immediately, Deanna refocused on her own fight as a hex flew her way. She sidestepped it, and sent a stunning spell at her advesary, who took it square in the chest.
"What happened?" she called to Hestia as she parred with one of Kingsley's two Death Eaters.
"That Walsh girl went for Kingsley!"
"Wha-?" Deanna ducked a spell that the Death Eater had thrown at her. She hurled a string of curses back until one hit him.
She then turned her attention to Dana.

Dana felt her wand fly out of her hand and, instinctively, dove immediately to the ground. The voice and fogginess inside of her head had cleared for the briefest of moments, but it returned almost as soon as it had left.
Get the wand! it shouted, and within seconds, Dana felt the cool wood sliding between her fingers. Now get up and kill him!
Not seeing anything wrong with it, she stood from the ground and turned to face the spot where Kingsley had been. The black Auror was no longer there, however. Dana turned her head around, searching for the Auror, but she couldn't find him.
She didn't have much time to look, however, because a spell soon fired into her back, sending her crashing to the far wall, where she then collapsed to the floor. Her head spinning, she looked up to see Deanna glaring down at her.

"I knew we shouldn't have trusted you filthy..." Deanna's words were drowned out by screams and spells, which Deanna knew was probably a good thing.
She bound Dana with some conjured chords and stunned her. She moved her into a corner for later retrieval and questioning. Although she'd like to have stayed guard, Deanna heard Lance call to her for help from within the fighting and she rejoined the Order members, taking out a few Death Eaters.
A woman's high voice called out to the Death Eaters.
"Our Master wishes us to rejoin him!" she screamed.
The Death Eaters apparated, suddenly. Deanna looked around at the band of Order members. Kingsley, Lance and Hestia still stood, however tired they looked.
"Lance," Deanna snapped, her brown eyes seeming to be red in the center. "Why didn't you tell us about Dana being one of them?"
Lance looked her in the eye. "I didn't know."
Believing him, Deanna led him to Dana's stunned figure, crumpled on the floor of St. Mungo's.
"We'll need to question her," Deanna said. "But in the meantime, Kingsley should go somewher safe. I think this Dana woman is hellbent on killing him."
Taking the hint, Kingsley apparated to, Deanna assumed, Headquarters.
"Hestia," Deanna said, addressing the other female Order member. "C0uld you gather me some potions for questioning. Veritaserum would be nice... But also any anti-dotes to things like Polyjuice Potion and such."
Hestia gave a swift nod, and she too apparated. Deanna then turned to Lance.
"Since she's your co-worker, she may tell you more. I made a, shall we say, awful impression upon her?"
Lance nodded as Hestia returned with the potions. She handed Deanna a vial containing clear liquid. Recognizing the potion as veritaserum, Deanna wrenched open Dana's mouth, and poured it in. Pointing her wand at Dana she muttered, "Enneverate."
Dana's eyes fluttered open.

"How dare you leave," David yelled. Suddenly he dropped Sophie, falling to the ground beside her.
"How dare YOU speak back," Jason said brandishing his wand.
"Jason, don't you remember anything?"
"What is there to remember?"
Jason sneered then kicked the kneeling David, "Crucio"

Dana felt her eyes open, and she blinked several times as the bright lights of St. Mungo's assaulted her eyes. Her head felt fogged and confused, and warm blood trailed from a cut down her face.
What . . . she thought, trying to clear the fog in her mind. What happened?
She felt a liquid go down her throat, burning as it went. She coughed as she choked on the liquid. The fog in her mind cleared somewhat, but the voice did not leave completely.
"Don't say a thing!" the voice shouted in her head. "Fight the potion, and don't reveal anything!" Dana coughed again as the potion continued its journey down her throat.
She distantly heard a voice ask her name, and while a part of her wanted to answer, another part forbid any words to come from her mouth. Instead, she tried to stand, and fell back against the wall when she realized that her hands and ankles were bound.
What the hell? she thought. Dana struggled against the bonds, yelling in frustration when she couldn't get them off.
"The Order tied you up," the voice in her head said. "One of them is right in front of you. Attack them!"
Dana looked up, her eyes locking on the form of Hestia. Almost like she had become possessed, Dana jumped up from the ground and sprung at the Order member, bringing her to the ground in a struggle.

Hestia pushed Dana off with little difficulty. Although suprised, Hestia had the advantage of hands and feet to utilize.
Deanna cursed silently to herself, but not before stunning Dana once more.
"What do we do? She's mad... She's attacked both Kingsley and Hestia, for Merlin's sake! "
"Well," Lance said, frowning. "You could stop trying to restrain her. It seems to make things worse."
"Make things worse?" Deanna shrieked. "She's seemingly possessed. How can things possibly be..." She stopped, sudden realization dawning on her. The Imperius Curse. Deanna warily spoke the counter-curse and Dana shuddered.
"Enneverate," Deanna repeated the waking-spell. "Let's try that again, shall we?"

Dana felt a sort of cooling feeling go over her body, and she shuddered as she felt the spell course through her. She felt sick and, turning to the right, gagged up a clear liquid. She continued coughing as the potion was disposed of.
Within moments after feeling the coolnes through her body, though, the voice inside of her head had completely disappeared, and the fog had cleared. She blinked, realizing that she was, once again, on the floor, Deanna and Lance standing right above her.
What -- she thought, her eyes meeting the tip of Deanna's wand as she struggled with the bonds around her wrists. She felt the ropes cutting into her skin, but she would not cease in her struggling, the ropes reminding her of times that she would much rather forget.
They wouldn't break, though, and Dana looked directly at Deanna, her eyes glaring anger and hatred as her wrists continued to hurt with the ropes.
"Untie me," she hissed. "Now."

"Not yet," Deanna said briskly. "You just tried to kill two of my own, how am I to trust you? I'm certainly not going to untie you. Maybe if you cooperate... Tell me who you're working with or for.... We could-- ah-- work something out."

Sophie heard screaming in the distance. When it stopped she heard a thud. She wasn't sure exactly where she was or what was happenning, and she couldn't see a thing. She couldn't feel anything either. The only information her brain was comprehending was the voices yelling in the background.
"How did that feel, David?"
"What have you become? Do you know what they want with her?"
"No, why should I care. Don't you understand, you will soon; you're one of us. You need to toughen up."
Another thud met her ears, accompained with a groan.
"She was our friend. So was Eddie."
"Don't associate me with you or that Mudblood."
"I'm your brother."
Her feeling was starting to come back. She could feel a small tingle in the tips of her fingers.
"Crucio!"
When the man began streaming, she felt a sudden burning across her right side. She tried to move, but nothing happened. Every where her body touched the floor felt bruised and sore. She had a splitting headache. She was sure she would never know if her vision came back, because the headache would blind her. Confusion was driving her crazy, what was happening to her? How did she get here?

The ropes were driving Dana crazy. She knew that she had to get out of them soon.
"Untie me," she said, "or I'm not saying a thing."

"I'm not putting lives in jeporady just to get you to speak," Deanna said simply. "If you can prove to be mature and civilized and trustworthy, I'll untie you."
Dana shot Deanna a nasty look and wriggled in the ropes forcefully, with no avail.
"I know those must hurt," Deanna said softly. "You could convince me to take them off."

"Just take them off," Dana responded, her eyes staring at the floor, her breathing a bit ragged after struggling with her bonds. She bit back the added, not-as-nicely put comments that threatened to rise, knowing that being rude and harsh wouldn't help her in the least.
As she looked at the floor, the random thought of where her wand was briefly entered Dana's mind, but she did not dwell on it for too long. She took a quick, subtle glance around the floor in search of it, but when she couldn't see it, she decided to let it go . . . at least, for now.
"I won't move from here," Dana continued, speaking to the floor. "Just take the ropes off."

"It's a matter of trust," Deanna sighed, exasperated. "As you just tried to kill a fellow Auror and a Healer, both of whom are my friends, how am I to trust you? Must I repeat this statement over and over again?"
Deanna pocketed her wand and sat next to Dana.
"Talk to me. I'll listen. You don't have to lie." Deanna stopped, inhaled and then said, "If you want, we can move this to a more private place."

Dana sighed as she realized that, no matter what, she wouldn't be out of the ropes anytime too soon. So rather than continue to struggle with them, she tried her best to relax, hoping that would take away some of the discomfort. It did . . . a bit.
Dana looked around the hospital. There didn't seem to be any particular reason why a change of location would be needed, so she just shook her head no in response to Deanna's question.
"We can talk here," she said, still speaking partly to the floor. "Unless you prefer to move? What do you want to know?" But there are just some things that I can't tell . . . she thought.
----------
Meanwhile, Bellatrix had returned and was speaking to the contact.
"Well," she said, throwing her cloak down on a nearby chair, "it's done. Dana's with the Order."
The contact just sat and continued staring straight ahead. He gave no notice that he had even heard Bellatrix, but the female Death Eater knew him too well to think that he hadn't. "Is that all you were wanting?" she said.
He didn't make any movement.
"Are you going to tell me why she needed to be caught?" Bellatrix continued.
"In time," he responed finally, "in time, both you and her will know." With that, the contact rose from his chair and left the room, leaving Bellatrix to stare, confused, into the blazing fire.

Sophie blinked, but her eyes still didn't work. She tried to move her toes to see if she was paralyzed. Nothing happened. The burning across her side continued but slowly she could feel the cool ground sooth her legs. She blinked furiously, knowing she could do nothing until she could see. Slowly flashes of blurred light let up her vision.
As she tried to regain control of her body, she kept listening. She could tell that one of the men was being beaten severely. His moans and screams echoed through the room.
Her vision was clearing she could now see shadows and orange light dancing on the wall. She blinked once more, closing her eyes tightly. When she opened them, she saw a man sink his foot deep into the stomach of crumpled heap in the floor.
