Tears seeped from Deanna's eyes. If St Mungo's could be compromised, then no where could be safe... Not even Hogwarts. She wiped the tears away with her sleeve and blinked the cloudiness from her eyes. Hestia's patronus hadn't arrived, but Hestia had. She rushed to Kingsley Shacklebolt and immediately began tending to him. Deanna watched Kingsley protest and Hestia insist upon his treatment.
"A broken nose and a fractured arm can keep a man down, Shacklebolt," Deanna heard Hestia say. "We need you."
"I'll be fine!" Kingsley protested feebly. "I need to talk to Lance. If I can talk to him while you heal me then, great, but if not, Order business comes first."
Hestia nodded, though with some indignation. She began cleaning up the blood on Kingsley's face and mending his broken bones. Deanna didn't hear what Kingsley said to Lance, but it obviously mad him uneasy. Even Hestia's rosy cheeks paled. Deana cleared her throat and the three of them looked to her.

The man picked her up gently. If Sophie had been conscious, she would have recognized him as Eddie's friend and Jason's brother, David. Same year as Eddie, even same house. He also used to meet them to play Quidditch. She also would have seen that neither Lance or Deanna had followed her in. They hadn't followed her when she entered. In the moments before she fainted she realized what had happened. St. Mungos had been taken. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - David gently carried her to where his orders had told him to. He hated them, those evil people. They had went to such great lengths to get him. They had captured his brother and put him under the Imperious curse, just as leverage for him to work for them. Now, for some reason they had brought Sophie into this.

"What's going on? I brought Eddie-- that man over there-- to see Hestia. I think he has some vital information, provided his memory can be retrieved. Maybe finding out his story would help," Deanna said to them. "Is there anything that can be done for him?"
Hestia pursed her lips. "He may have important information, Deanna, but there are other things that take presidence over retreiving his memory."
"Can I do anything?" Deanna asked. "Or will you at least tell me what's going on?"
Hestia smiled grimly before explaining everything to Deanna.

Dana just stayed where she was in the hospital room, barely moving an inch. The events at the hospital seemed to be out of control.
She watched as Hestia Jones and Kingsley Shacklebolt whispered to Lance and Deanna, and though she couldn't hear what they were saying, there was a feeling in her stomach that it had something to do with her, however distantly the connection was.

"KIngsly, what is it? Who attacked Mungos?"
"It, it was... I cant belive it, but do you remember Dana? It was her at the begining, but then, as the fight comensed, she... changed. As if with polyjuice. the question is, did she change from being Dana into somone ells, or from being someone ells into Dana? "
"WHo did she cange into?"

Deanna wondered if Kingsley and Lance meant the same Dana she'd breifly met on the Knight Bus. She seemed very short with Lance, but nothing that Deanna could call out of the ordinary.
"Kinglsey doesn't mean that literally," she interjected. "Or do you?"

Dana sat up even straighter than she had been in her seat. Now there was no denying it this time. She just knew that one of them had mentioned her name this time, and as she spared a quick glance in the direction of the two wizards and witch, she saw Kingsley mouthed her name.
Oh, great, she thought, grabbing a recently disguarded copy of the day's Daily Prophet. She jerked the paper in front of her face, suddenly entranced with the front-page story about the Minister.

"A murder?" Deanna repeated. "That's two, now."
Kingsley nodded his head solemnly. "The Van Depron case and now this one, the Nelson case. Fredrick Nelson was murdered, also branded with the Dark Mark. We have his body if you two would like to investigate it."

(i'm just writing david so there is movement)
They were there. David placed Sophie gently on the floor in the corner and sat down beside her. He didn't want to revive her yet. He didn't think he could take her disappointment at him working with the Death Eaters. As he stared at her old feelings came back to him. He knew she was dating his friend, but he had always felt something for her.
"What do they want with you anyway?" he asked her, though he knew she could not hear. He hoped her friends would come save her.

Deanna nodded.
"Maybe we could prove my theory about the Dark Mark being poison. We'll just need to tell Sophie we'll be gone."
Deanna turned to where Sophie had been standing, but she was gone. Deanna's face paled.
"Guys, where's Sophie? She's got important information that any Death Eater would want. We need to find her," Deanna said.
Besides, Deanna thought. She's my friend.

"I think she went into the building befor Kindgsly came out!" Said Lance, pulling out his wand.
"You cant just go in there! I counted 9 death eaters!" said Kingsly.

They would be coming soon. A David knew now was his choice. He could choose to remian here and protect his brothers life or save Sophie and kill his brother. He could not leave. The men did not want to kill her, or they could have had him do it. They wanted her alive for whatever it was. If he stayed both his brother and Sophie would remian alive and that was his best option. He reached out his hand to touch her face, but he couldn't make himself do it. No matter who he was trying to protect, he was a traitor. Although, bringing Sophie to this room was the only thing he had done for them. Other than that they had kept him like a prisoner in a secluded place.
As he stared at her, suddenly he realized how awefully beaten up she was. He had been so wrapped up in his own thoughts he had not noticed the obvious bruising around her neck and her cut up face. He leaned his head back against the wall and closed his eyes, thinking, 'Why me?'

Deanna cursed.
"Nine? What is so important that there has to be nine?" she muttered.
She pulled out her wand and she twirled her hair nervously with it.
"There are how many of us? Four? We've had worse odds," she pointed out. "We could call for some re-enforcements, you know. One of us could send a patronus to Tonks or somebody..."

David sat there, sometimes staring at Sophie and others closing his eyes to clear his mind. He had no idea how long he had been sitting there. Hopefully not to long. Then he heard voices and footsteps, but they passed and no one entered. But the feeling of dread that they brought did not leave with with them as David went back to clearing his mind.
